My first exposure to mortgage lending was in 1989 when I got hired on to originate with Olympic Savings Bank. I learned the business by originating and processing loans with the bank until 1991. In 1991 I began working with the mortgage division of Sterling Savings which was called Action Mortgage. I originated loans with Action Mortgage for approx. four years. In 1995 I began originating with the retail division of Countrywide Home Mortgage. I spend a full four years with Countrywide until 1999. In the year 2000, I became a licensed Mortgage Broker and started Pacific Mortgage. I retained my Brokers License and ran my office until late in 2005. March 2006 I joined a Net Branch of A+ Mortgage and let my Brokers License expire. I became a Branch Manager with A+ Mortgage and originated home loans with them through the end of 2007. In January 2008 I decided to re-apply for my broker's license. I was approved as a broker with Washington State DFI under the name: Mortgage One Northwest, LLC in January of 2008. I am very excited about our company and plan to build it off the basis of customer service. We are set up as a company to efficiently handle most every loan scenario and are very customer service and customer education driven. I specialize in financing new construction homes, refinancing your current home loan, and closing VA home loans. I am looking very forward to serving this community as a mortgage broker for many years to come.
